Product Description
Usage The machine is used for the surface of wool blanket, knit fabric, woven fabric and its blended fabric. The running speed of cylinder, cloth speed, and tension may be adjusted steplessly by computer.
Function and characteristic
1. With high integration man-machin interface, plc, frequency convertor to achieve the auto—control of the whole machine.
2. With more motors for drive, with simple structure, convenient for maintenance. 3. Running speed of cylinder, cloth speed, and tension of fabric may be steplessly adjusted.
4. Round wedge-shaped belt is used in the drive of raising roller, with steady tension.
5. 260 raising technology parameters may be atored.
6. With zero point start and auto-drawing function.
7. With trouble alarming and dignishng function.
8. With sppeading roll, cloth drying roller, static eliminator for different fabrics.
9. With more machinery on-life, raising and shearing machine.
