Tumbler dryer is most significant to final fabric finishing due to its contribution to fabric dimensional stability
hamber is made of M.S. Plate and Angle with door opening arrangement and thermo chamber is made of stainless steel and its shape is like reverse “U”. There is perforated partition with wire mesh. Cloth tension unit is supplied on both side entry and plaiter side. All guide rolls will be of ebonite with proper diameter and rubber fillet roll for entry and plaiter side.
The controlled quantity of fabric is forwarded at high speed through a ventilator with adjustable speed from chamber through the u-shape channel. Change of direction of the airjet is done automatically.
For fast rise of temperature inside the chamber steam radiator is supplied with proper design K.Cal with value. All motors are supplied of standard make like ABB or cromption and inverter drive is also supplied of delta make. Main motor 40 HP AC.
Tumbler dryer is provided with electronic temperature controller to control temperature inside the chamber and regulator to control the speed of the fabric. Electric panel with all standard make relay and contractor duly wired.

Specially for palm oil refinery, fractionation process is required in which palm olein and palm stearin are separated by scientifically cooling the refined palm oil by chilling plant and then filtering the oil. For this purpose crystallizing vessel is used in which chilling pipe coils cool the oil for fractionation. Palm stearin crystals are formed due to chilling which are separated in Specially Designed Fully Automatic Membrane Chamber Filter Press and pure liquid of palm olene is obtained and palm stearin cake is retained in the Membrane filter press.
Our membrane filter press is designed & Manufactured here in India by our own in our Premises only. The Presses are engineered on maximum performance and long life operation. We have good knowledge and experience on selecting suitable Rubber Membrane Plates for different process application to obtain products required.
The 8 bars Press is used for normal Palm Oil Fractionation processes to produce normal Palm Olein by using air Squeezing for Membrane. However, the Press can also be made suitable for liquid squeezing if need is required.
The 16 bars Press can be used for normal Palm oil fractionation processes to produce normal palm olein. In these application, the yield of various olein extracted is at least 2% higher compared to 8 bars air squeezing membrane filter press. In this press, the medium for squeezing is liquid.
With more than 7 years of palm oil fractionation experiences, We are knowledgeable in producing good crystallised oil slurry and possess special separation programme to achieve product quality targeting & this day also we continues to provide the latest innovations & solutions. The traditional YO-TANA Membrane Filter Press uses 16 Bar Squeezing Pressure & achieves an average yield of 78 – 80 % on normal Palm Oil.

3 WAY ROBUST COOLING CONVEYOR

This robust conveyor is similar to the regular cooling conveyor, as it has three conveyor belts to provide perfect cooling to the sweets. The speed of the first belt which is narrowest is fast and the remaining two belts which are broad are slow. The first belt is coupled to drive of sweet former, so that it can maintain its speed with machine. The first belt carries the sweets released from the high speed forming machine. Sweets from the first belt are uniformly spread onto the second belt with the help of a sprinkler. To retain the shape and size of the sweets it is very important to spread them uniformly and this is taken care by the sprinkler. With the help of guiding steel plate, sweets are passed onto the third belt.
In this conveyor we have provided two input of air supply from blower. The cooling is provided by the air which is circulated through nozzles on the top for first belt. And for second & third belt side nozzles are provided for perfect cooling.
