The new SMART LYO® pharmaceutical lyophilizers are made from proven standardised modules to keep costs down and quality up. They are available in a variety of sizes for most applications so that every customer can have exactly the plant they need and when they need it.
Using already proven technology shortens delivery time and validation periods, and enables customers to bring their products to market more quickly.
SMART LYO® freeze dryers are available in shelf sizes of 5.8 m² up to 24.2 m² with a condenser capacity of 100 kg to 400 kg. They meet the highest possible technical requirements, the strictest standards of the gobal licensing authorities, and comply with all the current guidelines such as GAMP, cGMP, FDA etc.
Features of the SMART LYO® freeze dryers:
Single floor plant frame with compact chamber/condenser unit and all system modules (hydraulics, venting system, vacuum) and options such as CIP, SIP and ALUS®
Installation of refrigeration unit near the plant or remote – even on a different floor
Installation of electrical cabinet within the freeze dryer plant or centrally in an engineering room
Frame mounting for simple installation and erection within the existing building architecture
