Machine suitable for the depalletizing of layers of new bottles by means of neck handling bars. This system works with both flat layer pads and trays.
Applicable with pallets of 1000×1200 mm with new glass.
Machine equipped with a device for the centering of the bottle layers for a perfect alignment of the layers.
Gripper head equipped with 18 pneumatic hoses with a diameter of 68 mm, for the handling of bottles with diameter between 70 and 110 mm.
Output: 1 layer / minute
HANDLING:
Place the full pallets in the machine by means of a high or low lift truck.
Remove manually the plastic foil and the top cover of the pallet. The process begins by pushing a button on the control panel. The centring device moves over the upper layer and centres the bottles with precision. The gripper head goes automatically between the bottles and the gripping hoses inflate. Having clamped the bottles, the gripper head moves with the whole layer and unloads it on an accumulation table.
The layers between the bottles have to be removed manually, the button at the control panel to be pushed each time to start the new depalletizing procedure.
When all bottle layers have been unloaded, the empty pallet has to be removed manually in order to place a new pallet into the machine.
The construction of the machine is according to the EC standards and allows an easy change-over from one type of bottles to another by means of fitting plates.
