ROLLPOINT TWELVE the latest model of printing and tipping machine, has been properly studied to work with design cylinders or very thin special cylinders to get a two-tone effect during the fina) finishing operations of the skin. These types of working are more and more used nowadays to customize the leather and to create the most fashionable articles.
The Rollpoint series machines are certainly ideai for this: having the possibility to operate separately on the speed of the rubberized cylinder (higly resistant to solvents) and on that of the tipping/design cylinder, this allows to obtain really special and unique effects.
This special model is equipped with a technologically new automatic rollers replacing device, that allows to have at the same time up to 12 cylinders on the changing system, easily positionables by automatic movement and placement system. This innovation gives the possibility for a quicker change of the work process comparing to standard procedures, as this need is more and more present in fashion items production of leathers and other materials, but also allows to avoid the problematic storage of the cylinders.
The design cylinders are available in a very wide range and can be chosen from the catalogue supplied by us, or can be made just on client’s design request.
ROLLPOINT TWELVE is manufactured in the version of mm. 1800 working width, and includes in its equipments:
- a digital control panel with PLC, on which is possible to adjust all the work parameters, with control of different thicknesses on the two sides;
- a special introduction belt, complete with spreader, assembled on independent trolley on wheels (on mobile platform);
- on request it can be supplied a fume hood, necessary to work with certain chemicals containing solvents;
