The PRO 80P is a high speed spherical lens polisher for workpieces up to 80 mm in diameter. The PRO 80P is designed with a vibration isolated “rock-solid” granite core to ensure ultimate precision, thermal stability, and consistent part-to-part accuracy. The unique modular concept packs a lot of capability into a compact footprint. The machine base measures 1 meter (39.4″) in width, 1.5 meters (59.1″) in depth, and 2.08 meters (82.2″) in height, or the equivalent size of a refrigerator. With OptiPro’s newly developed powerful CNC graphical user interface, fast setups and cycle times are achieved with the PRO 80P yielding high production of spherical optics.
