The press filter is a sludge dehydrator, designed to solve the problems of drying both industrial and urban waste sludge.
It is built using the most advanced filtration techniques, while it’s great filtration capacity and the ability to press an enormous volume of material into a small space allows optimum performance. The press filter is supplied according to each
application, already ADAPTED FOR SIZE AND FUNCTION, including manual closure and unloading of the cakes, or electro-hydraulic closure and automatic unloading.

A series of auxiliary elements can be included to achieve the complete mechanization of the process, of which the most notable are:
• Automatic plate transfer system.
• Fabric washing system.
• Automatic plate shaking system.
• Filtered water evacuation system.
• Electrical control device:
-Generally speaking, electronic systems that are extremely reliable are used, that is: Programmable Logic Control (PLC) elements. All the necessary operations for the correct functioning of the equipment are carried out by means of a sequence of instructions.
