Cylinder Dryers :
Dhall Cylinder Dryers are an efficient & Cheapest system for fabric drying, with energy saving, since it is direct contact drying.
Dhall cylinder dryers are designed for single or double end fabric, running side by side for getting higher production.
High efficient drying capacity is ensured at higher temperature working.
Dhall Cylinder dryers are used in continuous operation with wet processing, finishing lines and as a separate drying m/c as well.
Cylinder Vertical Drying Range has the following salient features :
Sturdy side walls fabricated from single piece steel plate.
Platform with guards and staircase provided for easy maintenance.
Fabric entry to the first Cylinder can be from top or bottom, as per customer request.
Heavy duty ball bearing with pedestal for longer life
Compensator assembly, controlled by pneumatic and mechanical for tension control on fabric.
Suitable number of stainless steel guide roll from 100 mm 150 mm, 175 mm and 200 mm diameter.
Condense water removal by separate pipe for initial start of machine.
Zero leakage system with special design rotary joint & Teflon hoses.

Stainless Steel Exhaust hood with Roof steam heated.
Teflon coating of cylinder with 50 to 60 microns from Dupont-USA Material.
Chiller unit for Cooling cylinder.
Moisture controller from pleva/Malho.
Flat belt from Habasit/ Siegiing make.
Steam accessories for individual cylinder with Trap, Stainer, Non return valve from Spirax or Similar make.
Individual motor drive on each cylinder or belt drive.
Same side contact of fabric on cylinder drier for sensitive /piled fabrics.
Insulation material on the side’s cylinder for protection of heat losses.
