Cigarette Packing Machine.
We are a supplier of cigarette hard packing machines. The machines we produced are based on HLP2N technology which is from Molins UK via a technological transfer agreement between China Tobacco Machinery Group Corp. Ltd and Molins UK. We are responsible for the production of this type of machine in China.
We supply the complete line which consists of 5 single machines:
HLP2N Packer (YB43A)
Molins stamper (YTB)
Molins Wrapper (YB59A)
Molins Boxer (YB69A)
Marden Edward Overwrapper (YB99B)
Each of the single machines can be operated separately or along with the line. You can choose to buy each of the single machines as per your actual needs.
The speed of the line is up to 180 packets per minute.

Cigarette Length: 84mm
Cigarette circumference: 24.5mm
20 cigarettes per packet in collation 7-6-7
10 packets per carton in collation 5 over 5
