FB SERIES Full Auto Stop Cylinder Screen Printing Machine is a kind of advanced cylinder press updated on traditional swing cylinder press, which adopts casting iron as tough frame, 3-phase brake-style frequency converter driver, thus a stable operation will be achieved. PLC user-friendly central control system is used for whole machine, thus much easier for manipulation. Cylinder is made of stainless steel, precise and endurable.
For paper transfer, single sheet and continuous feeding are both available. After printing, UV dryer and paper stacker/delivery machine can be connected to form a total
solution/production line. The machine series can be widely applied for printing material such as paper (package, label, and poster), ceramics and lacquerware sticker and double side tape, bill, card and soft plastic and so on, thus widely popular among world wide clients.
This production line is printing with ink on material is achieved at the printer part, then delivery bridge serves as a transition between printing and dryer. Working process: glass automatic pre-orientation conveying precise orientation printing detection and glass unloading conveying dryer (connective and fully automatic)
Special orientation system is very suitable for complex shapes of printing substrates such as the front and rear sector glass of automobiles. And the orientation precision is about ±0.1mm
Due to easy scratched features of some printing substrates, we take the special treatment for the working table to prevent the printing substrates from scratching and make the table resistant to abrasion

There are two kinds of oil flooding available: one is before printing, the other is together with printing. Both can reduce screen blocking and shading problems
Adopts constant pressure equipment for the scraper. Once the pressure is fixed, the uneven thickness of the printing substrates can be equalized automatically
Adopts constant pressure equipment for the flood bar. Pressure for the flood bar can be adjusted freely. Different thickness oil coating can be realized under this condition without any vibration waves
Both scraper printing times and floor bar coating times can be set freely without moving the screen frame. The repeatable precision is very high
