Function:
Controlling system of this equipment is the most advanced mode at present(Touch-screen PLC), By this PLC, users can easily make precise and rapid regulations towards the products processing. Furthermore, this equipment is also set up with frequency control, by which the efficiency is greatly improved.

This equipment is used to edge banding back-wall and fireproof board for chipboard and fiber boards, etc.

Put the work-piece onto the worktable and heat up the fireproof board until it could be curved, then by the help of profile form board, banding the fireproof board onto the work-piece of various shapes, such as semicircle, duck-mouth, square and quarter round. Work-piece edge can become smooth and pleasant in this way.

The woodworking & Furniture Digest Company Profile

Established in 1980, Woodworking & Furniture Digest (WFD) publishes every month and is distributed worldwide. Every year we attend more than ten international professional furniture and woodworking machinery exhibitions and are often the official media provider for these events.

In March 1982, the Woodworking Machinery Committee of the Taiwanese Association of Machinery Industry (TAMI) was founded. Woodworking & Furniture Digest devoted itself to this and actively promoted it during its preparatory stage. In 1986, the Taiwan Woodworking Machinery Club was established and WFD became one of its co-sponsors. The Taiwan Woodworking Machinery Club was the forerunner of today’s Taiwan Woodworking Machinery Association (TWMA).

In January 1983, WFD cooperated with Chung Hsing University to hold a professional show for Woodworking Machinery & Furniture Supplies which was the prelude for a Taiwan Woodworking Machinery professional show. In November the same year, TAMI’s Woodworking Machinery Committee conducted the first formally recognized Taiwan Woodworking Machinery & Furniture Supply Exhibition in the exhibition hall at Taipei’s Songshan Airport. WFD was one of the sponsors and was practically involved in preparations. The show was a great success and inspired the now famous exhibition: Interwood Taipei.

The first official directory of the TWMA was authorized to be published by Woodworking & Furniture Digest in 1987. It has now been printed annually for more than 20 years and is well-known all around the world.
