STRUCTURE
All have single rotor, 8 debarking/cutting knife, Powered feeding and discharge roller with non powered guiding roller, Hydraulic tool pressure control. Self centering feeding conveyor.

PERFORMANCE
With very high clean rate. at >96% clean normally. on fresh felled straight log clean rate often at >99%. The compact structure of the machine giving it ability to handle those crooked log( little space between rotor and roller). All can take log with curvature max. 6% without stuck.

Rotary Drum Debarking Machine can finish the debarking job of the resting wood from the cutting of forest, logs with branches, twisted wood. It is suitable to debark the fresh conifer wood and parts of broad-leaved wood, and the debarking of parts of frozen and dry wood.

The working theory of these series Debarker Machine is batching dried debarking; its structure and feature are on the world advanced level which is made up of Knives Shaft, Drum, Feeding Baffle, Discharging Baffle, Electrical Control Cabinet and Transmission Device. These machines have the special dried debarking knives on the inner of the Drum; there is the high-speed knives shaft in the middle of Drum. So the operators don’t need to add water when debarking, there is no pollution.

The diameter scope of debarking is 150-4000mm.

The biggest shortage can’t realize the auto-feeding and auto-discharging. It is batch feeding and discharging. The operator will need to feed the logs into the Drum by hand, and then start the machine, after 30 minutes to stop the machine and discharge the debarked logs from the Drum by hand. The batch time is 30 minutes for each group of debarking job.

New Ring Type Wood Debarking Machine is made up of Live-Roller Feeding Conveyor, Ring Type Debarker, Live Roller Discharging Conveyor, Belt Conveyor for Barks and Electrical Control Cabinet.It is mainly used to debark the middle and small diameter logs and twisted logs.

In past 7 years, our mother company JINING TIANNONG MACHINE CO. LTD. Mainly design, and build machines, plants, and turn-key production factories for the conditioning and compacting of many different products. Our pelletizing plants have been applied successfully for compacting organic products of different particle sizes, moisture contents, and bulk densities.
