The Grout King Skid Model with a 2L4 progressive cavity pump is the most popular grout mixer in our product line. It allows users to keep the mix going in low or high while pumping at the same time. This retards dehydration of the product, especially on a warm summer day if you are using Portland Cement. The product starts to dehydrate the minute you take the shearing action off of it.

Simplicity is the biggest selling feature of our grout plants. Two levers are all you have. One for mixing (high or low), and one for pumping (forward or reverse). Forward mix is clockwise at 80 rpm and reverse mix is counter clockwise at 120 rpm. You can literally tear the product apart and have it thoroughly mixed and start pumping in less than a couple of minutes. This is usually a one man operation. The Grout King can mix 1 to 6 bags of product at a time. This is almost 2 yards, or 400 gallons per hour.

The capability of running the pump forward and reverse is nice for introducing water into the hopper or for a reverse pressure flush when you are finished cleaning the machine. By forward and reverse pressure flushing the pump every time you are finished, as soon as you finish, the pump will last you a lifetime, and start every time just like it was new.

The Grout King Model comes ready to go to site. Discharge Hose, Pressure Gauge, Quick Couplers and Op Manual. All you need is 14 gallons of a general grade hydraulic oil.

All purchased components on our Grout Pumps are of an agricultural grade and any parts can be replaced by going to your local hardware or hydraulic store.

The Grout King is fool proof, you can not stall our machine, even with a working pressure of 400 psi or more, you can still reach over and drop the mix into high or low.

With a cone shaped funnel bottom mounted directly over the intake of the progressive cavity pump, nothing dries out in the bottom of the hopper. Everything goes into the discharge pump.

The screens on top of the hopper fold back for ease of maintenance and act as a guard for the operators protection. They also screen or filter the product going into the hopper to prevent larger pieces from interfering with the pump.
