The pasteurization treatment is obtained by means of the revolutionary system of “MICROPERFORATED PLATES” located above the pasteurizer that uniformly envelop the product in a jet of steam, ensuring maximum heat penetration and omogeneity of treatment.
This pasta machine can operate either with saturated or overheated steam.
The saturated steam supplied by an external generator performs traditional pasteurization and constant treatment temperature ensures even pasteurization without condensations.

Description
Machine suitable to the pasteurization of different products such as short, long and stuffed pasta, lasagna sheets, tagliatelle or special products of different kind.
The machine consists of an inlet, a second section of a steam treatment followed by a stretch of drying. The product is transported on a non-adherent conveyor belt. Particular attention is paid in the design phase to avoid points of steam concentration.
To avoid lost of heat, in a standard machine the pasteurization chamber is sized to the minimum height required for the product. Special workings provide the highest cases.
For the cleaning, it is possible to lift the hood and the belt, so that they are switched on between the hood and between the belt as well between the belt and the tank below.
The speed of the belt is adjustable by a three-phase motor and frequency changer. The version with PLC is available and allows you to manage multiple recipes.
As an option, we can offer the facility of belt automatic washing.
The machine is offered in various sizes to suit different production requirements.
