These are the largest members of the DT Series family. These waste milk pasteurizers are constructed on top of beautifully crafted, double-walled, insulated, stainless steel tanks with easy-flow spout connections at the bottom. Dairies that need to feed over 100 calves per feeding will find these systems irresistible in their price and functionality. They arrive at the dairy fully assembled and require only an electrical connection and cold water to install. They also come with an optional CIP cleaning pump for added ease of use.
Standard options of the DT Series include fully automated cycles, delayed start capabilities, and a choice between stainless steel or poly-propylene milk tanks. The control and heat system is housed in a convenient cabinet, mounted safely away from water and clean-up. This allows for easy access to components for installation and any troubleshooting requirements. The pasteurizer itself takes up a fraction of the floor space of HTST pasteurizers on the market and does not require additional milk storage tanks or extra hot water boilers.

Calf milk pasteurizer is similar in appearance to the export pasteurizer shown, except for a #2B finish and a sweep agitator with a thermometer but no recording chart.

Domestic Vat pasteurizer available in 30 and 60 gal sizes with electric immersion heaters, see above; or hot water, 60, 100, 200, & 300 gal sizes available with open jacket, hot water, or dimple plate hot water, or low pressure (14psi) steam heating. All domestic pasteurizers have culinary steam air space heaters where required.

Tetra Therm Lacta 10 is a dairy pasteurisation unit specially designed for continuous processing and pasteurisation of market milk, cheese milk, yoghurt milk, cream, ice cream mix and other low acid liquid dairy products.
Processing of pasteurised milk often includes heat treatment, separation, standardisation, and homogenisation, prior to buffering and packaging. With proper chilled distribution, pasteurised milk has a shelf life of 5-15 days.

Batch Pasteurizing Vat for milk, yoghurt, curd, buttermilk and custard
This vat is used to pasteurize milk and for the production of yogurt and can also be used for the production of curd / cheese.
The pasteurizer consists of a triple-walled, insulated, stainless steel vat. The vat includes an overhead electrical stirring machine with a stirrer, a motor reduction gear and a stainless steel control panel.
The pasteurizer is manufactured according the USA standards: PMO-FDA / 3A
The standard stainless steel stirrer is made to stir the milk effectively.
There are other stirrers available to stir yogurt and custard. The motor controller can be equipped with an electronic adjustable speed to get the perfect process circumstances.
The machine is mounted on legs and can be tipped to empty the vat completely. For this purpose, the
machine is standard equipped with a manual tipping mechanism; a pneumatic tipping mechanism is available as an option
