The Avant front tank sowing combination with working widths of 4, 5 and 6 m is the ideal machine for contractors and large farms. The front seed tank with its capacity of 1500 litres (option 2000 litres) is offered with a front mounting frame or a steering front tyre packer. For rear combinations the rotary harrow or the rotary cultivator are available. For transport on public road the rear combination is hydraulically folded to a transport width of 3 m. In addition the Avant with 4 m working width is available as rigid version. The front mounted seed hopper has been designed to be low and wide so as not to obstruct the driver’s view. Visibility to the rear allows an uncluttered view of operation and the performance is easily monitored without the obstruction of a seed hopper. The Avant is equipped with RoTeC+ roll disc coulters which feature a larger diameter and which are made from hardened boron steel making the machine suitable for the operation in most difficult conditions.
For transport on public roads the rear mounted combination can be hydraulically folded to a transport width of less than 3 m and a transport height of less than 3.70 m. Make use of the transport speed of the tractor. No longer any limits due to tractor mounting.
Within a few minutes the front tank and rear combination are mounted on and off the tractor without tools. The seed tubes are fitted onto the tractor via retainers and can remain there even when the Avant has been dismounted without obstructing the work of the tractor in other operations. Additional advantages: Good exploitation of the tractor design spaces, evel ballasting of the tractor axles and superb manoeuvrability on the road and in the field.
The seed front tank has a tank volume of up to 2,000 litres. It has been designed to be extremely wide and low so as not to obstruct the driver’s view ahead. Also the visibility to the rear allows an uncluttered view of the mounted implements in the rear of the tractor without the obstruction of a seed tank.
