The A-B-C 79 tray former and packer cuts corrugated costs and reduces shipping costs by using one-half the corrugated required for standard cases.
This tray packer is designed for speeds up to 15 trays per minute, and provides automatic accumulation, packing and tray sealing for a variety of product styles into tightly packed trays that palletize with ease.
Built tough, with a heavy gauge steel frame and low maintenance features, this tray packer offers the advantages of A-B-C’s production-proven engineering in a compact tray packing machine.

Safeguards switch the packer to standby mode if the product or tray supply is interrupted.
Sensors monitor container feed, positioning, and tray sealing to ensure consistent operation.
